Different traditions of countries of the world propose us different spices to cook different kinds of dishes. But spices are used not only in food but also for coffee making.

The Tunis traditions recommend us to add cardamom to coffee. When you cook coffee in pot, it is cooked till the bubbles appear on the pot, then the fire is made not so intensive and then several cardamoms are added to coffee.
