Coffee style

Coffee is usually hot drink that is made of coffee tree granules. Thanks to the caffeine the coffee has, it is considered to be the energy drink.

According to one of theories this drink came from Ethiopia region Quahwa. According to the legend, here the first energy abilities of this plant were discovered. And since then coffee started its travelling all over the world.

From Ethiopia it travelled to Arabia and became popular at once especially in the south-western part of peninsula. And coffee plantations became the most spread agricultural plant at that time.

And only in 17th century coffee gets to Europe. Venice becomes the first European city where the first coffee house proposes several kinds of coffee. And then coffee houses appear in Paris, Berlin and other cities. And by the end of 18th century it was already known all over Europe. And in the middle of 18th century it was already drunk with pleasure in Brazil and people of this country as well as of the whole Central America started to cultivate it.

Today it can be named the most famous drink in the world. It is the second in its popularity product after oil. There are about 70 kinds of coffee trees created by nature. There are two main sorts that are the base for coffee making. These coffee trees are Arabica and Robusta. ¾ of all coffee is made of Arabica. Robusta is cultivated in Africa, India, Indonesia.

Coffee has unique taste and wonderful aroma.
