Instead of coffee

We hear so many facts about the harmful effect of coffee on people that we simply stop drinking it. But the necessity in such drink in the morning is still left. So what is the coffee alternative?

Of course it is possible to refuse from coffee drinking and start to drink tea, but tea can be also harmful. Moreover doctors don't recommend drinking tea in the morning on the empty stomach.

If you ask the doctor about the coffee alternative they will simply advise you to drink clear water or the water with honey or lemon. You may also try the drink from different berries as for example the white-rod drink. It has the vitamin C and many other very good substances that produce the effect of calmness on the person's nervous system. Those who have nervous work may use it.

Honey will kill the hunger. And the water mixed with honey will be good for your throat during the winter period. It is good warming drink that may substitute the warming effect of coffee. But it is even better to eat honey and then to make the sip of hot water. In such way you'll get food and sweet drink.

But never substitute coffee with the additional cigarette. If you do that it is even better to start coffee drinking again as smoking is even worse than coffee.

But you should also remember that all negative qualities doctors claim the coffee has were not proven. Some time ago scientists were mistaking that our planet is flat. Maybe they are also wrong about the coffee effect.
