To love and to hate

The real coffee lover doesn't pay attention to any notes that coffee is harmful for the body and especially for heart. Famous people such as Bach and Balzac never paid attention to such talks and were inspired by coffee, writing the odes to this drink.

Coffee comes from the Arabic "cahva" that meant something middle between the wine and nectar.

In Russia people didn't know anything about coffee till the 18th century until Peter I who became the coffee addict started to make Russians drink it. But this country needed 100 years to appreciate its taste and aroma.

There are people who can't imagine their life without coffee. And the mentioned famous people are one of them. They love coffee and are ready to drink it every day. But the modern trend tells the opposite things. The majority of coffee addicts start to realise the danger of caffeine that is why prefer to buy coffee without caffeine.

All coffee drinkers may be divided into four groups. The first one are gourmets that know how to tell one sort from another and are even able to name the country where the coffee was planted. The second category is coffee lovers. They are amateurs who are fond of cooking coffee. They prefer the process of its cooking and drinking to its taste. Another group is coffee addicts that are people who got addicted to caffeine. In fact they turn into sick people. And the last group is indifferent people. These are people who drink it because they don't have anything other to drink or just to support friends.
